The goal of the project was to use Microsoft's Cognitive Services, to make an impact to Tridel Operations.

Understanding the Target Audience

THE PROBLEM

A sales lead was only taken through next steps, if they filled out a worksheet expressing their interest. From 2000 ppl that would visit a Tridel presentation center for a condo launch weekend, only 5% signs for a worksheet.

I identified a problem with acquiring accurate sales leads which hindered the allocation of Marketing Spend.

Insufficent Processes

Manually searches sales list to parse customer data.

Lack of Informed Decision Making

We don’t have the data needed to make the most profitable decisions.

Better understanding our leads could help us create new revenue streams

SalesEye delivers anonymized sales intelligence about customers visiting the presentation gallery.

My Responsibilities

I worked with the Marketing Department and visited Tridel presentation galleries on launch weekends to see how data was being collected on the thousands of people that were entering our events. 

Research

Attended 15 presentation galleries, to see how consumers are being retrieved. Shadowed sales reps to see how they process consumer interest on our CRM and what info they collect. 

Prototyping

Using Microsoft Vision AI to create a prototype that identifies data points which later is converted to a power BI dashboard.

Before creating a POC, I went forward and identified the main data points with senior executives that we wanted to collect at our presentation galleries.

Capture Image

Image gets pushed to Azure Blob Storage

Photos are sent to VIsion AI software and data points are generated

Data points are now identified, and pushed to a Power Bi Dashboard

Implementation

The proposal is now being assessed by the legal team. Concerns were addressed around privacy and security of information.
